Where To Start…

We at Kingfisher Log Homes understand that building your dream home can be an exciting, yet stressful time. To get started we would suggest the following;

  • Choose a plan by searching the internet, magazines and plan books;
  • Submit a rough sketch with general instructions to us;
  • We can then create a custom plan with our draftsman for your approval;
  • Once we have your building plan we can provide you with a quote.

Our quotes will include the cost of the following:

  • Constructed log work according to building plans;
  • Insulation for log walls;
  • All window blazing cut and ground;
  • Stained finish product (purchaser to pay for the cost of the stain);
  • Drill holes for through bolts and electrical boxes;
  • House disassembled and reconstructed on your site;

Our quotes do not include the following:

  • Transportation (trucking and crane costs for set up);
  • Stain;
